Peter W.H. Stassen is a highly experienced Dutch attorney and civil litigator who has practised law since 2002. A graduate of Leiden University, his career has encompassed complex civil litigation, corporate and insolvency law, directors’ liability, commercial disputes and proceedings before the Dutch courts and courts of appeal. Early in his career, he was appointed as a bankruptcy trustee by the District Court of Oost-Brabant, and he has since completed numerous postgraduate specialist programmes, including corporate law, insolvency law, corporate liability, real estate law, international contracting, mergers and acquisitions, and civil cassation and procedural law. In 2015, he received the Grotius Fellowship.
Today, Stassen stands alone as the attorney conducting the extraordinary civil proceedings at the heart of The Narrative on Trial. His own practice describes the ongoing case as one in which he acts exclusively for citizens against the State of the Netherlands and other involved parties, placing before the Court the legal proposition that COVID-19 should be considered part of the project known as “The Great Reset.”
He is running this litigation himself: carrying the legal burden of an exceptionally substantial case and confronting defendants including the State of the Netherlands, Albert Bourla, Bill Gates, Mark Rutte and others.
Peter Stassen is not an attorney who frightens easily. He does not fear prominent and demonstrably insulated defendants, and he does not fear challenging the judiciary itself. His concern is the truth, the evidence, and his duty to put both before the Court, wherever that leads.
That determination has become particularly clear as he has fought repeatedly to place the plaintiffs’ expert evidence before the Court, including the oral expert testimony contained in Exhibit 157 as shared on this website under “The Video Plea” page.
And he is doing it without the resources of the institutions and individuals he is confronting. This litigation relies upon public funding. As the case moves towards its substantive hearing in Leeuwarden on 22 October, we intend to help ensure that Peter has the support necessary to continue this legal battle — and that the evidence he is fighting to put on the record is seen far beyond the walls of the courtroom.
